This is the core of our policy. Every product sold on this site is intended strictly for laboratory research, forensic, or analytical use by qualified professionals and institutions. Nothing sold here is a drug, dietary supplement, food, cosmetic, or medical device.
By placing an order, you certify that:
- You are purchasing on behalf of a laboratory, research institution, or as a qualified individual researcher.
- You will not use, or allow any third party to use, these products for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease.
- You are solely responsible for handling, storing, and disposing of these materials in compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- You will not resell products from this site represented as anything other than research material.
We do not provide dosing, administration, or usage protocols for human or animal application, and our team cannot answer questions framed that way.
Order acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion — including orders that appear to be for personal human use, orders from jurisdictions where these materials are restricted, or orders that otherwise conflict with this policy. Payment is not a guarantee of order acceptance.
Payment
We currently accept cryptocurrency only (BTC and USDT). After you submit an order, we email wallet address and payment instructions within a few minutes. Your order is confirmed once payment is received and verified on-chain.
Shipping
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Shipping is $40 for a single kit.
- Free shipping on orders of 2 or more kits.
- Lyophilized peptides ship at ambient temperature with a cold-chain insulated pack; delivery is typically 2–5 business days domestically.
- We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to jurisdictions where receipt of these materials would violate local law.
- Tracking is provided by email once your order ships.
Storage on arrival
Store vials at −20°C immediately upon receipt, away from light and moisture, until they are reconstituted for laboratory use. Improper storage in transit or after delivery is outside our control and not covered by any guarantee.
Returns & damaged shipments
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if a shipment arrives damaged or compromised, with photos of the packaging and product.
- Because these are laboratory materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or reconstituted vials.
- Approved replacements or refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Certificates of Analysis
A COA is generated for every batch we sell. Reference your product's batch code (shown on the vial label and order confirmation) when requesting a copy through our contact page.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our testing process or shipping partners change. The version in effect at the time of your order governs that order.
